An interesting osteological characteristic was observed on the skeletons belonging to Tom, Dick and Harry. Each individual possessed a small accessory transverse foramen on many of the cervical vertebrae, an apparently rare feature of the human skeleton (Wood pers. comm.). The authors have since observed this trait in several other human cervical vertebrae.
