During 2004, a burial was discovered in the BTC trench at a depth of over three metres. The body was placed in a wooden coffin and accompanied by several pottery vessels and a decorated silver bowl. To the east, two jar burials were found accompanied by many similar vessels.
No additional burial evidence was located in the 2005 SCP trenching. However, a number of charcoal-rich and burnt soil features were observed. These may represent part of a settlement associated with the cemetery.
