4.8 Clay pipe

The clay pipe from the site consisted of 63 stem and two bowl fragments weighing 110g. All were from ploughsoil or contexts containing other material of post-medieval or modern date. Stems were of varying thickness and none displayed stamps or were attached to spurs that had stamps on them.
